Kok Chin (KC) Tay

Chairman

Generally acknowledged as a global thought leader for Smart Cities. KC is a member of the Advisory Board for ESI ThoughtLab, a think-tank based in Philadelphia, US. As Chairman of Smart Cities Network (SCN), he led the organization to formalize a global partnership with UN-Habitat for the Cities Investment Facility (CIF)

 

He is also the ASEAN Executive Director of Smart Cities Council, the largest ecosystem of stakeholders in the world. Currently, he provides advisory services to national and city governments as well as start-ups and conglomerates in the area of smart cities.

Ronald Lim, an innovative Business Events Strategist from Asia, excels in event innovation and execution. With more than a decade of experience, he curated the award winning EAT Conference 2022 and World Congress on Innovation & Technology 2023, and pioneered the TriBE Digital Campus, a free education platform for event professionals globally, sponsored by Business Events Sarawak.

 

He also served as a Technical Consultant for the International Telecom Union, an agency under the United Nations, for four consecutive years (2016-2019). As a certified CED, DES, SEPC, PCMA APAC Regional Advisory Board Member (2024-2026) and acclaimed conference curator, he drives industry advancement through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Png Bee Hin is the Co-Founder & CEO of IMMRSIV and LDR Pte Ltd, a leading XR and Metaverse company that pioneered location-based mobile learning in Singapore.  Under his leadership, LDR built an award-winning location-based authoring tool (PublishAR) and app (Locomole) which won the SITF Gold Award (Enterprise); as well as Asia Pacific ICT Award (APICTA) Gold Award (e-Learning).

 

He had also secured several multi-years Learning Transformation Projects with the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Education, Singapore involving 6 Military Institutions and more than 100 schools.  Till date, LDR had impacted more than 350,000 students, teachers, corporate, military personnel and community members through its innovative AR/VR solutions.

As President of CLIXLogic for the past 19+ years, he has become a leading expert in harnessing the power of IoT to drive innovation across industries.

 

Dedicated to helping organizations achieve efficiency, excellence, and growth, Charlie specializes in connecting IoT solutions to business needs, particularly in energy monitoring and energy savings.

 

His expertise in smart city initiatives and optimizing energy efficiency across industries makes him a valuable asset in transforming the Philippines into an IoT hub and building a more sustainable future.

Dr Tan Eng Han

Dr Tan Eng Han is the Regional Director (Asia) for ACT Inc (USA), a global leader in education and career assessments. He is also the Founder and Director of OSG Youth Alliance, a social enterprise focused on global youth development. Additionally, he founded the China team for Informatics Education Ltd (Singapore), Education Testing Service (US), and 12Learn Software Technologies Ltd.

 

With over 28 years of experience in the education, training, and assessment sectors in China, Dr. Tan has specialized in international secondary and tertiary education, as well as online and experiential learning. He holds an Accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), an MBA from the University of Hull (UK), and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of South Australia.

Dr Stephen Ho

Head of Operations

Dr Ho is SkyLab Group’s Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. He is spearheading SkyLab’s effort in the implementation of large-scale 5G ready enterprise grade heterogenous cloud computing solutions across different domains, including telecommunications, data center, AI as a Service, smart cities and strategic city management.

 

He has more than two decades of experience in managing large scale international business, city planning, design and technology consultancy, real estate investment and development as well as project management. Stephen has extensive international experience and leadership roles in  large public listed, private and government organisations, in  China, South Asia, South East Asia, Middle East and Africa to Latin America.

Michael Yiin, CEO of CoolESG Pte Ltd, is a community leader in the realm of green finance and sustainability. Armed with a robust background in ESG finance and multiple certifications in environmental project management, sustainability, and entrepreneurship, Michael is at the forefront of fostering a sustainable future.

 

With a wealth of experience collaborating with organizations, including consultancies like Sodamind and Valores Global, he has championed the integration of sustainable practices into financial strategies. Recognized for his expertise, Michael is a respected voice in the industry, leading initiatives such as the SMART Cities Network green financing group and advocating for sustainability through engaging content creation and educational podcasts.

Lyn has more than 2 decades worth of experience in Urban Engineering and the Built Environment, having served various technical, business, management, and regional strategy roles in Autodesk, Intergraph, and ST Engineering. She has also been Mentor, Coach and past panelist at G20 GPFI's WBAForum, UNDP RBF, IEEE IoT World Forum, Team Singapore NIST GCTC, WorldSkills Singapore, Israel's ConTech, HK IBIM, and Autodesk University Russia. 

 

As the Founder of TechNarwhals, she continues as an engineering educator, and is an advocate of World-class Skills and innovative workflows in the creation of digital twins for the ASEAN region with her small team; as a VC she is constantly on the lookout for bold new startups tackling real engineering needs for the region.

Corrine Ong

Corrine Ong is a seasoned career development and employability expert with extensive leadership experience in higher education and talent development. Currently serving as the Director of Careers & Employability Services at Singapore Management University, she oversees career services for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, while also supporting alumni in lifelong career development and learning.

 

Previously, she held leadership roles at Nanyang Technological University and National University of Singapore, driving initiatives in student employability, industry engagement, and career coaching. She created 500 job opportunities during the 2009 financial crisis, expanded career module enrollment, and launched youth leadership programs. With expertise in talent recruitment and industry partnerships, she also held senior roles at Enterprise Singapore and Pacific Internet, focusing on regional branding and global talent strategies.

Syed is a Sustainability & Technology veteran with over 30 years of experience in leading the change within organizations to adopt technologies, business process improvement, and stakeholder engagement to future proof assets and achieving triple bottom-line – People, Planet, and Profit with Purpose.

 

He has held several senior leadership positions in various organizations across Asia. He holds qualifications in Business Sustainability, Financial Management, Electrical & Electronics Engineering. He is the alumnus of S P Jain Global Institute of Management and CISL, UK. He is the recipient of the CSR Award, ASHRAE Technology Award and Community Sustainability Award.

Dr. Swapna Dayanandan, Ph.D. (Gerontology), is CEO and Founder of Joy in Living Aged Care Services Pte Ltd, a company providing geron-technology and innovative eldercare solutions to tackle the ageing opportunities in Singapore and globally. She is currently involved in several smart healthcare projects in ASEAN. 

 

Swapna is past President and continues to serve on the board of Sree Narayana Mission, Singapore (SNM) that does charity in the eldercare sector. Swapna was the recipient of two National Day Awards: The Commendation Medal, 2018 and the Long Service Medal, 2021.

Sustainability/ ESG Consultant, CSR Advisor, Corporate Strategist, Green Projects Integrator, Venture Creator, University Professor, Community Leader, Crisis Volunteer, Writer/Consulting and Senior Editor for Illumination Integrated Publications. Dr Michael HENG PBM is a Top 50 Global Thought Leader and Influencer on CSR (corporate social responsibility). He was the United Nations (UN) International HR Consultant on Tripartite Social Dialogue to Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, and Sri Lanka. He is an Actor with the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration Committee.
